On this adventure, we return to the Madonna Inn for Courtney’s birthday weekend! We stay in the Vintage Room, which happens to be one of the rooms with a private outdoor fireplace! There’s lots to see around the property, and we check out the pool, secret garden, tennis courts, and gift shop before dining at Alex Madonna’s Gold Rush Steak House for dinner. The iconic Pink Champagne Cake is a must! We also eat at the Copper Cafe for breakfast, then head over to Solvang to take in all the festive holiday decor. We end our weekend getaway at one of our favorite restaurants, La Super-Rica Taqueria in Santa Barbara.
